Get what you ask for!
I have been to several pricier salons in Norfolk and for what I paid never got what I wanted and asked for. I just happened to walk into Best Cuts on Little Creek Rd and was greeted imeditaly, got a full conslutation and recieved exactly what I wanted!! I will definatly be back for my hi-lights!! The entire staff was knowledgeable and very frendly.
