I called this company twice, both times the person answering the phone was completely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and see my apartment to give me a packing/moving estimate and no one ever showed up and/or called to notify me that they wouldn't be coming. My entire morning was wasted as I was waiting around for someone to show up, which never happened. They could've at least called me, so my day wouldn't have been completely screwed up. Really ridiculous and poor explanation when I called to follow up.

Great moving company and experience. Moved our families furnishings like it was their own.We saw Best Family Moving & Storage companies website and liked the idea that they advertised the companies moving rates and actual insurance coverages and amounts. My wife was impressed that the owners of this company did all the in home moving estimates and was pleased to read that they employed there own employees and did not employ criminals or illegals. Jeff and Kim came out to our home in Williamsburg on a Sunday afternoon and took an inventory of the furniture we were looking to move into our new home and furniture we wanted them to move into storage for 6-9 months. Kim explained how they would wrap all our furnishings for maximum protection while moving and storing. Jeff sent us a very detailed email describing our moving concerns that we had talked about and how his company would take care of our house hold items while in his possession. Best Family Moving sent on moving day 6 wonderful clean cut movers and 2 trucks. The movers were very responsible and detailed in handling our items and it was very noticeable that these guys worked together regularly. We were very pleased with Best Family Moving and will recommend this company and wonderful employees to our many friends, co-workers and family members. Thanks again Kim & Jeff Rhonda & Mark Atkinson
