Fabulous! Stunning!
Bloom is by far the best florist in Norfolk and in the Hampton roads area! I have never been disappointed with an order from Bloom! They are hte first ones I call when I need a florist none of their arrangements are cookie cutter they design with such style and flair I have never seen two alike!

We came to Bloom when our other florist ran off with our money 6 weeks before our wedding!!! Patrice was so incredibly helpful and pulled off our wedding with such style and grace I am forever indebted! I could not believe the beauty, she is a true artisan! Bloom is a florist like no other!!! Our guests gasped when walking into the reception room at the beauty I will never use another florist! Patrice You rock!
