The work done was good, but the professionalism was very poor. I witnessed a worker entering my truck with tan leather interior with grease on his hands. I recieved my truck after the work, with two grease hand prints on the hood of my truck(brand new white paint job) and a 6" collision scuff on the corner of my bumper. When trying to bring it to the Manager's attention he seemed more into denying it then listening to the customer. I was told that the owner would contact me, still have not recieved a call and the situation has not been remedied. If you like to feel that your vehicle is in good hands and will be treated as you would treat it, I would not suggest using Coastal. I don't usually use shops other than the dealership, but was referred by an associate of the owner and I'm very disappointed.
