Quality is good, pricing is as expected with this chain store. The pan pizza however is not on the reorder list. Online ordering is a strong point with this pizza chain.

After waiting over 10 minutes on hold on the phone, I placed an order online. After an hour, I still hadn't received a confirmation email. When I tried to call back, I was put on hold again for over 10 minutes. I finally drove to the place to see what was wrong and they couldn't find my pizza and promised me it was on its way to my house. Half an hour later when it didn't arrive, I called on the phone to cancel the order and actually got through. I won't order from this place again.

We've had them all! Nobody is better than Papa John's. Great taste and variety. And the people there are terrific.

Delivery pizza almost as bad as it can be, never hot, takes forever, cheese and sauce less than satisfactory.

Papa Johns is the perfect alternative to Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Unlike the first two, your pizza does not include a few extra table spoons of grease. Very fresh ingredients which actually taste like theyre supposed to and a killer sauce make up this pizza. Id highly recommend it as a "fast food" pizza place of choice.
