This office is wonderful when it comes to the treatment of their patients. I, like every other person in the world i'm afraid of the dentist. But Doctor Spain and his staff were very accomodating. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The service was very fast and the procedure toke less than minutes to complete. To my knowledge there were no crying babies and I was charged my normal copay. In addition the doctor was very nice and welcoming. To close things up this doctors office was excellent and I would recommended it to others.

This dental office is great because it is located in the downtown Ghent area of Norfolk where I live. The service is wonderful and on time. The staff is always frendly and helpful. I recieved a crown and bridge and it looks so perfect that my friends can hardly tell that it is not real. Not to mention that it did not cost me that much and the prices are very reasonable. while I was there children were seen and cried but the doctor was so patient and gentle that the child relaxed and had a fun experience. All in all i really liked this dental office and so will be comming back.

Shockingly bad. Started when they charged me a co-pay for a procedure that my plan had at no cost (later got a refund when I made them look up my plan's schedule of charges). Hygenist brought her baby to the office, who proceeded to scream in the waiting room the whole time I was there. couldn't get the electricity to work to the chair I was in until they "jiggled" a few wires (that was confidence building).

Went back later to a different office for another procedure, and was told I had to fill out the paperwork all over again (same dentist, Dr. Spain - just another office). To "crown" it all off, the bridge I had re-cemented fell out less than two months later. So, to recap -- service, bad. Setting/office comfort -- bad. Quality of dental care -- bad.
