I did the online app got approved went to lot only to be told by salemen who knew nothing about I prob.cldnt afford one of their cars and I shouldn't waste his time.What????

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AUTO CONNECTION

I purchased a car from Auto Connection before they expanded the business. I was overcharged for the vehicle, also with multiple...multiple repairs to be made. They are crooks and only prey on people that need help. One day this business WILL fail because honesty and goes a long way, and Auto Connection/Michael Wayne Investments do not have any honesty. I am writing this review out of frustration, but all is true. It has been years since I purchased the car, but have since moved on and realized that NO ONE should deal with these crooks. The only good thing to come out of my purchase was the lesson learned. NEVER DO BUSINESS with dealerships like this! Go elsewhere, ,trust me. I even provided proof of milege issues and they still had no heart....

Auto Connection sounds like the place that will help you even if you have repo no problem, no credit history no problem all lies. They do check your credit and they do care if you have had a repo in the past and they do care if you don't have any credit history. Young buyers will never get a car here. To bad. Dishonesty is what they stand behind not good services./

I purchased a car from the auto connection in 07 and i had a few a problems but the people fixed it and so far havent had many issues at the same time my girl friend bought from drive time and she has problems but she has to pay a 40 dollar fee to get it looked at and then they still wont fix the problem because there warranty dept denies the claims. at the same time i write this because i read the reviews of the auto connection and some were good some were bad and some were written by people that didnt except the truth. I like many others went to the auto connection because i have bad credit and was hard to get financed at other places because i tried but it didnt work so i went to mac mac and they approved me maybe i was desperate and needed a car but it was me that messed my own credit up.. So some times we should see the truth about things we can only be taken advantage of if we allow ourselves to. so keep your credit good and find somewhere to buy a car but if u keep refusing to pay your bills and keep messing your credit up then stay with the people that will actually take a chance on financing a person that wont pay there bills.

I bought a car back in 07 from the one in Richmond...I didn't have the car for 2 weeks because of the stupid sensor they have installed in them....then they also charged me almost $8000 more than the car was worth...I had a bad car accident in the car which totalled it out...my ins company only paid $5000 (which was what the car was worth) which left $4000 for me to pay...they do prey on ppl with bad credit...I was also charged a 22% interest rate....but when you are desperate...you have to do what you have to do...yea $300 down sound good...but thats how they pull you in...no one needs to buy from here....
