DON'T- Is what I can say! I purchased a home that apparently Tidewater Homebuyers was the Agent who signed my paperwork in Feb 2011. I have had nothing but issues shortly after I moved in. The house was very well manicured on the inside and out, but only to find out that the HVAC was installed poorly and eventually leaked along my base boards, the electricity had many flaws and had to pay yet another contractor to come out and repair the wiring from inside the attic, the roof had holes and a family of squirrels came to live w me and that cost me $500 to repair, and the most expensive is the most recent is the shotty plumbing work done when Harper Homes, LLC renovated the master bathroom. Costing a total of $4000. Overall cost to me from 1 yr ago was approx $5200 so far. What's next? And this LLC company gets away w this poor renovation and I can't do a thing about it!

Tidewater Homebuyers purchases homes that are in disrepair and then fixes them up and sells or rents them as affordable housing. The one I bought was great and even though the home inspector found some problems, they fixed everything.
