... Have NEVER had such a bad experience in my life. Went to tune up plus to get an oil change, tire rotation, and have my fuel pump replaced.

... When i arrived the people behind the desk were to worried about texting and going outside to smoke to notice any customers. When i arrived home my car was smoking, i had to take it to a different car shop to find up TUNE UP PLUS only put 2 qt of non-synthetic oil(when i paid for a synthetic oil change) in my car and put the WRONG filter on. After contacting tune up plus a number of times they want to dodge me and my phone calls. I will never go back to this shop nor will i recommend it. I would advise against going here. Horrible work for Horrible prices.
On top of everything walk near the shop all you can smell is marijuana and alcohol.

Worked on my truck messed up the frontend.Parts installed wrong.Over charged me. Owner will not return calls or gets someone else to answer his phone and still will not return your call.Told me i needed a fuel pump when it was just the water temp connection they broke when the worked on my truck before.Which at the same time the water leak I asked them to look at they said was my intake gasket NOT It was the water pump. I have had appointments to fix the frontend only to be pushed back till they don't fix it! they want to offer me $500 and $500 store credit for the fuel pump I paid them$1000 cash! I didn't give them credit! This Place Is A BAD JOKE!! What a RipOff!! I Wouldn't Let Them Put Air IN A Bicycle!! DO NOT TRUST TUNE UP PLUS OR HARRIS TIRE!!! Unfortunalty they have burnt me I hope it doesn't happen to you! STAY AWAY

I would recommend this Car Repair shop. This was the first time I used them. They are honest and professional. I called ahead to ask about their workload that day because I needed an inspection. When I arrived I was treated professionally. The work was done exactly as stated. I failed inspection, but they went out of their way to explain why and what I needed to do including recommendations for items that passed but only barely...either fix now or fix later. I had to leave because of time and came back the next day to have the work done. Since I"d been there the day before, I let them know when I would be there after work the next day. They had the parts on hand when I arrived and my repair was done very quickly the next day.

Their prices were very competitive.

I have found a new "go to" repair Shop.

I came in with a friend and we were seen within 15 minutes, we were there probably less than 45 minutes total. My issue with this tune ups plus is a gentleman name David. He was EXTREMLEY rude and dismissive from the moment I called in to the moment I left. I kept trying to ask questions, mostly about the abundance of papers he was trying to get me to sign and all the "car terms" that I don't understand and he seemed more impatient with every question.
Towards the end of my visit, he told me he'd have to run a diagnostic for $85, which is not a bad price at all, but after all the attitude I'd gotten I really didn't want to pay him for ANYTHING. Before I could finish my sentence in telling him that I'd have to come back, he rolled his eyes, balled up a sheet of paper I'd signed and walked away. His service was so terrible I considered finding whoever is above him and filing a very serious complaint. However now I just hope you read this David because I'd like you to know, YOU ACTED LIKE A B*TCH ON YOUR PERIOD.
The other employees were angles though. I really appreciated THEIR service.

Mr. David and the other employees were very helpful with my tune up. They explained every detail of the process as I watched. I was very appreciative.‎
